Job Description
The Nurse Lead will provide oversight and guidance to the nursing team, ensuring prompt, safe, and effective care of surgical patients. The role involves supervising nursing activities, managing staff, and maintaining quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND in Nursing
- • 5 years of experience in nursing, preferably in a leadership role
- • Strong leadership and team management skills
- • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
