The Senior Associate, Education and MEL, will play a key role in the development and implementation of monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) systems for education programs. This role requires a highly skilled professional with experience in MEL, education, and consulting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Master's degree in Economics, Development Studies, or a related field
- • 5-10 years of experience in MEL, education, or consulting
- • Strong knowledge of MEL principles and methodologies
- • Excellent analytical and communication skills
