Job Description
The Field Officer will be responsible for coordinating and implementing operational activities on the ground, ensuring smooth execution of activities, accurate data collection, and timely feedback. This role requires a highly proactive and adaptable individual with experience in project management, field operations, and data collection. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- • 2-3 years of experience in project management, field operations, or data collection
- • Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices
- • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Conduct regular field visits to monitor ongoing activities and provide accurate, timely reports
- • Collect, verify, and maintain field data for reporting and decision-making
- • Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff management processes
- • Ensure employees in the field adhere to company policies, health and safety standards, and statutory regulations
- • Act as the first point of contact for field employees on operational and administrative matters
