Job Description
We are seeking an experienced FTTX Supervisor to manage our FTTX operations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications, with a proven track record of driving FTTX project performance and efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
- ā¢ Diploma or degree in Telecommunications Engineering, or related field
- ā¢ Minimum 3-4 years of experience in FTTX network deployment, with proven success in driving project performance and efficiency
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- ā¢ Supervise FTTX field installation activities, including fiber cable laying, splicing, and termination
- ā¢ Plan and allocate daily/weekly work schedules for field teams and subcontractors
- ā¢ Conduct quality checks on completed works, including OTDR/light-level testing, splice quality, and cable routing
