The Team Leader will lead the overall management and delivery of the Boost Africa Technical Assistance Facility, including acting as the primary interface with the EIB and ensuring the quality, compliance, and relevance of services delivered. The role involves managing a team of experts, including engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business, Economics, or a related field, and 10 years of experience in international development, preferably in a team leadership role.
