Job Description
GrowthAfrica is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gender Mainstreaming & Safeguarding Associate to join our team in Nairobi. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting gender mainstreaming and safeguarding, developing and implementing strategies to improve gender equality, and ensuring compliance with gender-related policies and standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gender mainstreaming and safeguarding, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Gender Studies or a related field
- • Minimum 2 years of experience in gender mainstreaming and safeguarding
- • Strong knowledge of gender mainstreaming and safeguarding principles
- • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
