Job Description
BIC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Nairobi. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with business leaders and hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- • Minimum 8 years of experience in talent acquisition
- • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition principles
- • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
