Job Description
We are seeking an IT Support specialist to provide technical support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring that all IT systems operate efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology
- • 1-2 years of IT support experience
- • Knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and hardware troubleshooting

- • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers and IT equipment
- • Ensure all IT systems operate efficiently
- • Coordinate with external vendors for equipment repair and technical escalations
