Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Agent Intern to support our sales and business development activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting our fintech products and services, and maintaining positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess high integrity, professionalism, and strong communication skills.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field.
- • Basic understanding of sales, customer service, or customer relationship management.
- • Interest in fintech, digital financial services, mobile applications, or digital payment solutions.
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential customers through telephone calls, referrals, social media, field activities, and other approved sales channels.
- • Support the sales team in promoting the company’s fintech products and services.
- • Explain basic product features, benefits, and usage to prospective customers using approved sales materials.
- • Guide customers through account registration, onboarding, verification, and activation processes.
