Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Engineer to manage the maintenance and operation of our hotel's physical structure, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND in Engineering or a related field
- • At least 5 years of experience in a Chief Engineer, Assistant Chief Engineer, or Engineering role
- • Strong technical background and excellent leadership skills
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Conduct regular walk-about, visually assessing the safe and efficient maintenance and operation of the physical structure
- • Verify completion of all routine maintenance on public spaces, meeting rooms, ballrooms, outlets, back of the house spaces, and external areas
- • Assist in hiring, training, and development, supervision, and disciplining of all staff in the Engineering Department
