Job Description
The International Livestock Research Institute is seeking a highly motivated Scaling and Innovation Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation of scaling and innovation activities, collecting and analyzing data, and providing technical assistance to project teams. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for scaling and innovation, and developing strategies to support project delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Master's degree in Agriculture, Development, Social or Business Sciences, or a related field
- • At least 3 years of relevant experience
- • Experience in project delivery, scaling, innovation, stakeholder engagement, or data analysis
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
