Job Description
The Banquet Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing the daily functioning of the Banquet Kitchen. This includes developing new concepts, creating and introducing new menus and standardized recipes, ordering, and keeping food cost at a minimum.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Degree in culinary arts or a related field
- • Experience in kitchen management or a related field
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
