Job Description
The Universal Banker will take demand from Personal Banking clients for banking matters, form an accurate assessment and understanding of that demand, and act on it in a one-and-done manner. The successful candidate will have experience in branch banking or a contact centre environment and a good understanding of bank processes and products.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND in any discipline
- • 3-4 years of experience in branch banking or a contact centre environment
- • Good understanding of bank processes and products
