Job Description
The Senior Lead will be responsible for leading and managing the HR Shared Services and Employee Relations team. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry. The role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, managing HR budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry
- • Strong understanding of HR operations and the ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies
- • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
