Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced activation team lead to focus on channel visitations to drive retailer awareness and turnaround on SIMs and float. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of sales principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on product features and benefits.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- • At least 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Manage the identification and recruitment of agents, targeting mobile money outlets and high-traffic retail stores.
- • Visit SSOs and agents regularly using agreed route plans.
