Job Description
The Medical Director (Head of Medical Services) will provide overall leadership and coordination of all clinical departments, ensuring efficient delivery of integrated, high-quality healthcare services. The role involves overseeing clinical decision-making frameworks, promoting evidence-based medical practice, and guiding the development and implementation of clinical strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) from a recognized institution
- • Master’s degree in Medicine (MMed), Public Health, Health Systems Management, or MBA is an added advantage
- • Minimum of 5–7 years clinical experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management or supervisory role
