Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced telesales officer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in telesales, preferably in a microfinance setting, and will be responsible for generating new business leads and converting them into sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Minimum 2 years' experience in a telesales role, preferably in a microfinance setting
- • Diploma or degree from a recognized institution
- • Proficiency in MS Word and other Microsoft applications
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
