Job Description
The Program Manager - Finance Transformation will lead and own the end-to-end Finance Transformation Program, acting as a strategic partner to the CFO, CIO, and Transformation Office. This role involves defining and owning the Finance TOM roadmap, translating business priorities into a structured program execution plan, and establishing a strong governance framework. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of finance operations, IT, and project management, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- • Minimum 15 years of experience in finance operations, IT, or project management
