Job Description
The Nursing Clinical Instructor will be responsible for facilitating clinical skills training, simulation-based education, and competency development for nursing students. This role involves teaching and assessing student learning, developing curriculum and instructional materials, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve departmental goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for education and a commitment to delivering high-quality instruction.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field
- • Teaching certification or qualification
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- • Ability to create a supportive learning environment
- • Previous experience in nursing education is an advantage
