Job Description
The Operations Manager - Ready Mix will provide strategic and operational leadership across all Ready Mix operations. This role involves overseeing and coordinating outbound logistics, production, and quality, as well as managing the company's relationship with other law enforcement agencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of operations management, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
- • Minimum 10 years of experience in operations management
- • Strong understanding of operations management
