Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CAD/BIM Technician to join our team at Tatu City Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing detailed 2D construction drawings and 3D BIM models for reinforced concrete, structural steel, and civil works. This role requires a strong background in CAD/BIM, as well as excellent technical and communication skills.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND, Diploma
- • 7-10 years of experience
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Produce detailed 2D construction drawings and 3D BIM models
- • Develop complex detailing including rebar detailing, steel connections, and general arrangement drawings
- • Ensure all drawings and models strictly adhere to the company’s CAD/BIM standards and international coding conventions
