Job Description
The Shop Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of an auto parts store, leading and training the sales team, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Minimum 5 years' experience in the automotive spare parts industry
- • Good knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry
- • Strong leadership and communication skills
