Job Description
The Safety Health Environment and ESG Manager will oversee the development and implementation of safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures. This role will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, while also promoting a culture of safety and sustainability within the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing safety, health, and environmental programs, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as environmental science, occupational health and safety, or a similar discipline
- • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing safety, health, and environmental programs
- • Excellent communication and leadership skills
- • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

- • Develop and implement safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures
- • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- • Provide training and guidance to employees on safety, health, and environmental procedures
- • Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- • Collaborate with other departments to promote a culture of safety and sustainability
