Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Debt Collection Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for following up on assigned overdue accounts, negotiating repayment plans, and updating payment commitments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in debt collection and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- • Minimum 2 years of experience in debt collection
- • Strong communication and negotiation skills
