Job Description
The Human Resource Generalist will support the daily operations of the HR department, overseeing all aspects of human resources processes and practices throughout the employee life cycle. This involves leading and managing the people and culture agenda, recruiting the right talent, enhancing staff performance, and creating strong relationships with key stakeholders. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to execute HR strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- • 5-8 years of experience in Human Resource Management or Administration
- • Strong leadership and communication skills
