Job Description
We are seeking a Health, Safety, and Environment Officer to develop, implement, and monitor HSE management systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in mining, quarrying, construction, or cement manufacturing. The role involves promoting a zero-harm safety culture, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HSE management
- • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Implement and maintain the Occupational Health and Safety Management System
- • Conduct daily inspections and enforce Safe Operating Procedures
- • Coordinate permit-to-work systems and investigate near misses and unsafe acts
- • Monitor dust emissions, noise, and vibration, and oversee waste management and water pollution prevention
