Job Description
A quantity surveyor is needed to manage all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects. The surveyor will be responsible for preparing tender and contract documents, conducting feasibility studies, and undertaking cost analysis for project works.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
- • Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying
- • Strong knowledge of project management and cost control
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Prepare tender and contract documents, including bill of quantities
- • Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labor costs
- • Undertake cost analysis for project works in all sites
- • Carry out regular site supervisory visits to projects to monitor their execution
