Job Description
The IT Intern will provide technical support to staff and students, maintain computer systems and network infrastructure, and ensure the smooth operation of digital learning resources. The role involves installing and configuring computer hardware and software, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining an inventory of ICT assets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and Microsoft Office applications.

- • Provide first-level technical support for computers, printers, and other ICT equipment.
- • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
- • Assist in maintaining the institution's network, Wi-Fi, and computer laboratories.
