Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Sales Executive to join our team in Nairobi. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, meeting and exceeding individual monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, and preparing quotations, proposals, and negotiating pricing within approved guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- • 2-3 years of proven sales experience in furniture sales or a related industry
- • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold calling, and walk-in customer engagement
- • Meet and exceed individual monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- • Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate pricing within approved guidelines
- • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling complementary furniture products and accessories
- • Proactively follow up on quotations, leads, dormant prospects, and previous customers to maximize sales opportunities
