Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team in Nairobi. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering all sales targets across the affordable housing and marketplace portfolios, leading a team of sales professionals, and translating the annual business plan into monthly activity targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales or a related field
- • Excellent leadership and communication skills
- • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
