Job Description
We are seeking a Telesales Team Lead to join our team in Nairobi. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of telesales professionals, setting weekly and monthly sales targets, and training new telesales staff.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- • Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or a related field
- • Excellent leadership and communication skills
