Job Description
We are seeking an IT Maintenance Assistant to join our team in Nairobi. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices, diagnosing and resolving hardware issues, and ensuring call center computers are fully operational.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or Certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT maintenance or a related field
- • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
- • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
