Job Description
A customer care agent is required to join a leading facility management company in Nairobi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer support and resolving customer complaints. This is a full-time position with a minimum of 1 year of experience required.
Qualifications & Requirements

Experience A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer service role within the device financing industry is mandatory. Demonstrated experience handling customer inquiries, complaints, and support processes in a fast-paced environment. Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is an added advantage.
