Job Description
We are seeking an experienced accountant to join our team in Nairobi. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing accounting balances, preparing vouchers, and presenting weekly reports. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a business-related field and at least 2 years of experience in disbursement control.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or Degree in Business related field.
- • CPA Section II.
- • 2 years' experience in Disbursement office.
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Analyze accounting balances of files in disbursement control and liaise with the COMs and/or the Financial Disbursement Controller for corrective action.
- • Prepare necessary vouchers for reallocation of costs misposted in disbursement account to the correct control accounts upon approval by the ODC in liaison with Operations Supervisors.
- • Prepare and present weekly report on the progress made for files analyzed with a view to classifying the files whose costs have correctly been recovered from client.
