Job Description
The Assistant Baker will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and baking of bread, buns, pastries, cakes, and other bakery products. They will also be involved in ensuring all bakery products meet established quality standards and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the bakery production area. The ideal candidate will have a certificate or diploma in baking, food production, or a related field and experience in a commercial bakery or kitchen.
