Job Description
The Quality Assurance Assistant will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining the organization's Food Safety Management System. They will also be involved in conducting daily audits and verification of CCPS, OPRPs, and PRPs, identifying and reporting deviations, and ensuring appropriate corrective actions. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and experience in quality assurance or food safety.
