Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to support our day-to-day HR operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes, managing employee data, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations or HR generalist roles
- • Strong understanding of labor laws and company policies
- • Excellent communication and administrative skills
