Job Description
The Post-School Success and Partnerships Manager will lead the development and implementation of post-school success strategies, ensuring students transition smoothly into higher education, vocational training, or employment. The role involves building partnerships with universities, donors, and employers to increase university placements, secure scholarships, and provide support for students. The manager will work closely with internal teams to remove barriers and ensure student success.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in education, project management, or a related field
- • Minimum 5 years of experience in programme management, education, or a related field
- • Strong understanding of higher education systems and scholarship programmes
- • Experience working in international education systems or across Africa
