Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented HORECA Van Sales Representative to drive sales growth, strengthen customer relationships, and expand market presence within the Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring timely product deliveries. The role involves managing and growing sales within the assigned HORECA territory, conducting daily customer visits, and promoting the company's product portfolio.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field
- • Minimum 5 years' experience in Van Sales, preferably serving HORECA clients within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry
- • Proven experience managing Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering accounts
- • Valid driving license with a clean driving record
- • Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills

- • Manage and grow sales within the assigned HORECA territory
- • Conduct daily customer visits to hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, and other food service outlets
- • Identify and recruit new HORECA customers to expand market coverage
- • Receive customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products using the assigned sales van
- • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
