Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Principal to provide strategic, academic, and administrative leadership across the institution. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in senior management or administration within a TVET, technical college, university, or other learning institution. The Principal will be responsible for driving institutional growth, academic excellence, student enrollment, staff performance, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Technical Education, Business Administration, Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- • Minimum 5 years' experience in senior administration or management within a TVET institution, technical college, university, or other learning institution.
- • Proven experience in institutional leadership, academic administration, and staff management.
