Job Description
The Regional Sr. Program Officer will provide strategic leadership and oversight of project procurement and subcontract management. This role requires advanced knowledge of project management concepts and practices, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in a related field
- • 6+ years of experience in project management or a related field
- • Advanced knowledge of project management concepts and practices
- • Excellent communication and project management skills
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Support procurement and subcontracts team through coordination of project resources
- • Draft technical specifications, SOWs, and terms of reference for goods and services
- • Ensure compliance with donor requirements and organizational policies and procedures
- • Represent project at client/funder meetings and participate in external events
