Job Description
We are looking for a Monitoring and Evaluation Associate to support the implementation of a Global Fund TB project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in monitoring and evaluation, and will be responsible for overseeing the correct dispensing of pharmaceutical commodities, receiving complaints, and reporting adverse drug reactions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Degree or Diploma in a relevant field, such as monitoring and evaluation, public health, or pharmacy
- • Proven experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably in a healthcare setting
- • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical management and supply chain principles
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- • Oversee the correct dispensing of pharmaceutical commodities
- • Receive complaints and report adverse drug reactions
- • Ensure adequate health supplies and drugs in the dispensing pharmacy stores
- • Monitor prescribing trends and alert the pharmacist of any anomalies
- • Prepare inventory management reports
