Job Description
We are seeking an HR Manager to oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, manage employee relations, and develop and implement HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Kenyan labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Degree or Diploma in a relevant field, such as human resources, business administration, or industrial relations
- • Proven experience in human resources, preferably in a management role
- • Strong understanding of Kenyan labor laws and regulations
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
