Job Description
We are looking for a Change Manager to develop and implement change management strategies, ensure successful adoption of organizational, process, technology, and cultural changes, and provide coaching and training to employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management, and will be responsible for ensuring that changes are implemented in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Degree or Diploma in a relevant field, such as change management, organizational development, or business administration
- • Proven experience in change management, preferably in a management role
- • Strong understanding of change management principles and practices
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
