Job Description
The Ethics and Review Committee Officer will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the committee, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field and at least three years of experience in research administration or a related field. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Master's Degree in a relevant field, such as Bioethics, Public Health, Social Sciences, Biological Sciences, Law, or related discipline.
- • At least three years of relevant experience in research administration, regulatory affairs, or a research-related field.

Responsibilities
- • Serve as Secretary to the MKU-ISERC, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on resolutions and committee decisions.
- • Receive, register, log, and acknowledge receipt of all submitted research proposals and ethical review applications.
- • Conduct completeness and compliance checks on submitted applications before tabling them to the full Committee.
