Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Legal Affairs to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal support and guidance to the organization, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and managing legal risks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law, excellent communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree
- • Minimum 3 years of legal experience in a large and dynamic hospital or similar environment
- • Must be an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a valid practicing certificate
- • Experience in making risk-based decisions in a complex environment with competing demands
