Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to drive sales of honey products across the Coastal region. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and end customers, and ensure consistent follow-up to convert leads into loyal clients. The role involves promoting and selling products, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- • Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or food products
- • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
- • Promote and sell honey products to retailers, supermarkets, hotels, and wholesalers across Mombasa and the Coastal region
- • Identify and develop new business opportunities and customer accounts
- • Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients to maintain relationships and encourage repeat orders
- • Achieve and exceed set monthly and quarterly sales targets
- • Provide product information, pricing, and promotional support to customers
