Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Officer to join our team in Nakuru. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and recruiting new clients, marketing our financial products and services, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • KCSE Certificate (Diploma or Degree is an added advantage)
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- • Sales or customer service experience is an added advantage
- • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision

- • Identify and recruit new clients
- • Market the company's financial products and services
- • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- • Process loan applications and follow up on repayments
- • Achieve assigned sales and portfolio growth targets
- • Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly reports
