Job Description
Implex Engineering Company Ltd is seeking a MEP Draftsman to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built plans for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems. The role requires a strong understanding of CAD design, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work closely with engineers and project managers.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a specialized certificate in CAD Design
- • Strong proficiency in BRICSCAD, AutoCAD, AutoCAD MEP, or Revit
- • Generally 1 to 2 years of practical drafting experience in construction or engineering projects

Responsibilities
- • Create shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built plans
- • Cross-check plans with architectural and structural layouts
- • Update technical blueprints based on feedback and red-line marks
- • Calculate material measurements and assist with basic equipment schedules
