Job Description
The Operations Manager will oversee our Westlands and Kilimani branches, driving the next phase of growth. The role involves building a high-performing organization using ERP systems, data, KPIs, and proven business management models to improve efficiency, sales, customer experience, and profitability.
Qualifications & Requirements
- β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, IT, Finance, or a related field
- β’ At least 5 years' experience managing multi-site operations
- β’ Strong understanding of ERP systems and business process automation
